This design/build project included a 1200 seat auditorium with sophisticated AV & lighting, a large foyer, cafe, restrooms, chapel and green rooms. The project was value engineered to reduce costs.
Emmanuels Lutheran Church is a three phase project (currently in progress) that includes a fellowship hall addition, classroom renovations and extensive parking lot upgrades.
This inner-city building from the early 1900's is getting a complete makeover with an addition that will serve as a new worship center, new entrances, interior renovations, bathroom renovations and new city sidewalks. Check back soon for completion photos.
Interior renovations included updating the sanctuary, narthex and restrooms. Demolition of existing walls helped to expand the sanctuary's stage and provide a larger lobby with new entrances.
