This two week fast-tracked interior upgrade project included the addition of a new conference room, custom nursing stations, new floor finishes, vinyl wall covering, paint, new exhaust system, electric and sprinkler work while maintaining ICRA (Infection Control Risk Assessment) measures.

This 3,500 SF occupied medical office continued their daily operations while undergoing an interior renovation.  Upgrades included new flooring, casework and painting.  All work was performed after hours with ICRA measurements in place to ensure a clean working environment and a smooth transition for the client.

Extensive renovations to the 3,000 SF MRI Center at St. Luke's University Health Network main campus took place while the occupied facility remained in operation.  Infection Control Risk Assessment measures were in place to ensure a clean, safe environment.  Renovations included demolition and replacement of the radiation sheilding and installation a new MRI unit.  Extensive coordination was essential between the hospital, their vendors and Jerdon's subcontractors to keep this project running smoothly.
