Working in a tenant occupied building can have it's challenges but it was smooth sailing as Jerdon Construction Services phased the renovations at Adams Outdoor Advertising to include a new reception area, conference room, break room and offices.

Located in the Iron Run Corporate Center, this 20,000 square-foot design/build renovation project began with complete interior demolition of existing space to make way for a new layout with intricate glass-wall assemblies throughout the office and conference room areas.  The multi-purpose room is used weekly for large staff meetings, training and corporate video presentations.  The project was completed in a 10-week intensive fast-track schedule.

Located at 7660 Windsor Way in Upper Macungie Township, this 4,315 SF project was completed in an occupied area of the building.  Interior demolition made way to erect a new state of the art conference room that included new light fixtures, ceiling grid & tile, window treatments, casework, carpet tile and oak & glass doors.  The focal point of the room is a historic piece of molded glass that was made circa 1920 that was the largest piece of molded glass at that time.

The Mack Trucks Customer Service Center was designed with an industrial feel that has also been captured in their restroom & locker room renovations.  Cool, dark ceramic tile and toilet partitions paired with granite countertops and state of the art toilet accessories give these rooms a clean, modern, industrial feel.
