Strong leadership is the key to any successful operation or organization.  Having served in the U.S. Army for 23 years, working his way up from Private to Command Sergeants Major, Ronald Jerdon is no stranger to hard work, determination, and giving 110%.  The same holds true for his career in construction.  Ron began his construction career more than 30 years ago.  He began in the field and worked his way to superintendent, project manager, general manager & vice president before launching Jerdon Construction Services.  His military career provided him with the education and management tools necessary to manage people and projects while his construction career gave him keen insight into building design, specifications, problem solving & value engineering.

At Jerdon Construction Services, we believe that safety is everyone’s job.  Our safety committee members are comprised of field & office employees who work together to keep all eyes on safety and hold everyone accountable.  We strive to exceed the Occupational Safety and Health Administration’s (OSHA) standards in every category and require every Project Manager & Superintendent to complete the 30-hour OSHA Certification course.  All other field employees are required to complete a minimum OSHA 10 hour certification and are encouraged to complete the 30 hour training.  Our employees are trained in CPR, First Aid, Blood Borne Pathogens, tool training & safety practices.
